NEW RIVER, THAMES, LEA and FLEET WALKS AND TALKS 2016

Our next walk:

Sunday 26th June - New River - Enfield Town to New River Head.

Start 10am at the Crown and Horseshoes pub beside the New River in Enfield (Horseshoe Ln, EN2 6PZ). Nearest rail stations Enfield Chase (connections include Finsbury Park and Moorgate) or Enfield Town (connections include Liverpool Street).

NOTE: The 'early' train to Enfield Chase from Moorgate/Finsbury Park includes a bus service between Alexandra Palace and Enfield Chase which adds 30 minutes to the journey time. This service arrives at 09:21. The 'next' train (and subsequent ones) does not include a bus service, and arrives at 09:51, more convenient, but a fast walk will be needed from the station to the start of the New River walk.

Full details with route timings and nearest stations en route are here (view, print or download the 3-page document in PDF format): Walk notes, timings and nearest stations.
